Aoife is a charismatic and  energetic speaker giving transformative talks about the power of image, globally, with firms and networks from London to Australia. She has spent over 15 years working in marketing and professional services giving her a real insight into how people communicate. She loves watching people reach their true potential when they look and feel ready to put their hand up and show up with confidence and impact.

    Founder

    I’m from the midlands in Ireland but have been living in Dublin nearly 30 years. I think I was destined all my life to do what I am doing now which is to help people use image to reach their personal and professional goals. Growing up, I was surrounded by excellent craftsmanship with a mother, aunt and three sisters all designing and making the most wonderful creations worthy of an international catwalk. This upbringing sharpened my eye to create not only my own individual look but to always take a more sustainable approach to fashion which was buy once, buy well and always think cost per wear.


    I knew I knew my stuff so it was no surprise when I said it to my family that I’ve got this crazy idea and it involves my life time bob. After training in the London College of Style, I set up my styling business in August 2020 having spent nearly 15 years working in marketing including a great stint in the people department for a global professional services firm which gave me an excellent insight into how men and women tell their story. I’ve always been intrigued at what makes people confident and the role our image plays in this.


    The speaking side of my business was totally accidental. I did not realise that the experience and confidence I gained as singing publicly as a child would actually help me to perform on stage and virtually speak in 12 different countries in the last year.


    I work with all kinds of people from all over the world including a lot from the corporate world because I understand it. Equally I have people who have a wardrobe full of clothes but nothing to wear. Everyones goals is the same  - to look and feel amazing.


    I walk my talk every day and love the armour and confidence my wardrobe provides. I adore colour and the psychology around it. I have wonderful clients and a social media community that have really embraced my daily styling tips and I love hearing how my knowledge has changed their lives.

    Research shows that you have only 7 seconds to make that first impression, so people need to make it count and manage their professional imprint. That imprint is made up of how you look, how you behave, how you communicate and your digital footprint.

The StyleBob personal styling and presentation experience is all about making people accept who they are and making the most of who they are.
